المشكلة
The Problem

تنظيم النقل المحلي بين المناطق كان يعتمد على اتصالات مباشرة غير منظمة بين المسافرين والسائقين، دون طريقة موحّدة لإدارة السائقين أو المناطق أو الاشتراكات.
Organizing local transport between regions relied on unorganized direct contact between passengers and drivers, with no unified way to manage drivers, regions, or subscriptions.

النظام
The System

تطبيق واحد بثلاثة أدوار: المسافر يبحث عن رحلات ويتواصل مباشرة مع السائق مجانًا بالكامل، والسائق يدير رحلاته واشتراكه من لوحة خاصة، والإدارة تعتمد السائقين والمناطق والباقات.
One app with three roles: the passenger searches for trips and contacts the driver directly, completely free; the driver manages trips and subscription from a dedicated dashboard; admin approves drivers, regions and plans.

بنية بثلاثة أدوار وصلاحيات منفصلة على نفس قاعدة البيانات، مع لوحة إدارة مركزية تتحكم باعتماد السائقين والمناطق وباقات الاشتراك.

التطبيق يعمل حاليًا وينظّم التواصل بين المسافرين والسائقين ضمن هيكل واضح من الأدوار والصلاحيات بدل الاتصال العشوائي غير المنظم.
The app is live and organizes communication between passengers and drivers within a clear role and permission structure, instead of unorganized direct contact.
