كودي شركة محاصة تضم عدة مشاريع. نشارك أصحاب الأفكار بعقد واضح، ونتولى التطوير والتسويق وإدارة المنتج والاستضافة والدعم الفني، ونخدم اليمن والسعودية.
Codey is a joint-venture (Mohassa) company running several projects. We partner with idea owners under a clear contract and handle development, marketing, product management, hosting and technical support, serving Yemen and Saudi Arabia.

Who we are

كودي شركة محاصة تجمع عدة مشاريع تحت إدارة واحدة. صاحب الفكرة يقدّم لنا مشروعه، ونشاركه في بنائه وتنميته بعقد محاصة واضح، فيبقى شريكًا في الرؤية والقرار بينما نتولى نحن التنفيذ والنمو.
Codey is a joint-venture company that brings several projects under one management. An idea owner brings us their project and we partner with them to build and grow it under a clear joint-venture contract — they remain a partner in vision and decisions while we handle execution and growth.

المؤسس
Founder

المهندس أيمن هاني بامومن، الشريك المؤسس لكودي، ويتابع مباشرةً المشاريع التي تُنفَّذ ضمن أعمال كودي مثل تبيان.
Eng. Ayman Hani Bamoumen is the co-founder of Codey and directly supervises projects carried out within Codey’s own work, such as Tibyan.

Our projects today

نشارك اليوم في ستة مشاريع بقطاعات مختلفة: تبيان للتعليم القرآني، ووفرة للتسوق والتوصيل، وسندك للرعاية الصحية، وللبلاد للنقل، وعليان للرياضة، وMEPCO للقطاع المؤسسي.
We currently work on six projects across different sectors: Tibyan for Quran education, Wfrh for shopping and delivery, Sndk for healthcare, Albelad for transportation, Aliyan for sports and MEPCO for the corporate sector.

What does a joint-venture (Mohassa) company mean?

المحاصة صيغة شراكة يتفق فيها الشركاء بعقد مكتوب على الحصص والمسؤوليات وتوزيع الأرباح، ويتولى أحد الشركاء إدارة المشروع وتشغيله. في كودي نطبّق هذه الصيغة على كل مشروع بعقد واضح.
A Mohassa is a partnership form in which partners agree in a written contract on shares, responsibilities and profit distribution, while one partner manages and operates the venture. Codey applies this model to every project under a clear contract.

تبيان (نظام لإدارة حلقات القرآن الكريم)، ووفرة (منصة تسوق وتوصيل متعددة البائعين)، وسندك الطبي (دليل الأطباء والمرافق الصحية)، وللبلاد (تطبيق نقل محلي)، وعليان (إدارة بطولات ألعاب القوى)، وموقع MEPCO للدهانات.
Tibyan (a Quran-circle management system), Wfrh (a multi-vendor shopping and delivery platform), Sndk Medical (a directory of doctors and healthcare facilities), Albelad (a local transport app), Aliyan (athletics championship management) and the MEPCO Paints website.

وفرة منصة متاجر متعددة البائعين تجمع المتاجر والعملاء ومندوبي التوصيل في منظومة واحدة، بتطبيقات مستقلة لكل دور ولوحة إدارة مركزية، وتتولى كودي تسويقها وتطويرها وإدارة المنتج، بينما الفكرة والاستشارة مع المهندس عبدالله سالم باغوث.
Wfrh is a multi-vendor marketplace that brings stores, customers and delivery riders into one system, with a dedicated app for each role and a central admin dashboard, with Codey handling marketing, development and product management, and the idea and consulting led by Eng. Abdullah Salem Baghouth.
